Customized Website Design FAQ

All of our customized website are done by Eyeconik Brand Consulting. We have partnered with Eyeconik Brand Consulting to provide all of our entrepreneurs will high quality websites and services.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

The payment schedule is split into three payments.

25% - We always require a 25% payment to reserve your design project in my calendar. If you were to postpone or delay the project, this costs us from booking another client during the time we have reserved for you. This payment is non-refundable.

25% - Another 25% will be due once the design process begins.

50% - The final payment of 50% will be issued once you are satisfied with the final design and are ready to launch!

WHAT ARE THE METHOD OF PAYMENTS?

Initial payment is paid on Shopify via debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Google Pay, and ApplePay. The payment will be 25% of the total balance. All other two remaining payments will be collected through Zelle. 

WHAT DESIGN PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK WITH?

We've worked with Shopify, Weebly, Squarespace, Wix, Showit, etc. We prefer working with Shopify, however, we can customize your website on any platform. We find Shopify, Weebly, and Showit are the best website platforms for small business owners, and easiest to manage for those with no design knowledge. We preference platforms that are the best in terms of functionality and ease of use for our clients to make their own easy changes anytime they please, without needing to pay for a developer or hire additional help.

Yes, if you used the website platforms we perfer. However, if you choose for us to design your website on other platforms, you may need assistance or a detailed tutorial. We perfer to work with website platforms that we know are easy to manage for people who aren't tech-savvy. Weebly is a user-friendly add-on platform for users with noe experience. Showit is a drag & drop builder with no coding or design experience needed as well. Shopify is a user-friendly e-commerce platform that allows you to make easy changes, add products & update your website without needing to hire a developer. With our custom website process and technique, we always make sure you know how to update your website on your own.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

Websites are a monthly investment, so YES. You need a software for your website to process payments, design, and host on. Website platforms offer monthly or yearly pricing. You will also need a domain (URL) which is about $13/year. Please keep in mind you may pay additional cost depending on what features you want added to your websites. 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR ME TO BEGIN?

We will need any content you'd like on the website! This includes your written copy, images, branding assets and other elements you'd want shown. You must have all of your content ready or in the process of having it ready depending on the starting date we have discussed. We may also need your login information in order to configure your accounts if you need assistance. We suggest you create dummy passwords, so you can change them once your project is completed.
